FACILITIES - OUTDOORS

Outdoors we have more than 1,800 square feet of grassed area for playing. Our permanent play structures include a climbing dome, a large ship, a 6 X 10 foot sandbox, a playhouse, a rocket-twill spinning ride, a roller coaster, both a large and a small slide, a teeter totter, a two-seater swing, picnic tables, and jumping rings hanging from the trees.

There are three large storage sheds in the yard full of toys we rotate on various days. The toys we rotate include a fleet of ride-on cars, trucks and scooters, a water table, balls, rocking horses, sit and spins, hula hoops, balance beam stones, building blocks, push vehicles, inflatable animals, lawn mowers, strollers, and other toys.

In the yard we also have an 11 foot by 20 foot covered platform that is used for various playing activities and also as a stage when the children perform plays.

Special Outdoor Features

We maintain a child-friendly garden area in a separate side yard.

The forest is peaceful, shaded area located in the far corner of the yard.
